Are your devices “real” hearing aids?
All our devices are real hearing aids and not just amplifiers. They come with multiple settings for different environments and have volume controls. They are rechargeable and offer a smartphone app.
Am I required to submit a hearing test before buying?
NO! No prescription or audiogram is required. Our technology allows the user to control the volume. Additionally, there are different modes to choose from based on listening environment!
Will they fit my ear?
Every device comes with different size ear domes. This allows you to find the perfect fit for your ear.
Can you help my tinnitus?
YES! Check out our Serenity device! This offers multiple programs for tinnitus. We also have created a sound machine to help you in the evening hours!
Can I control my hearing aids with an app?
Yes! These devices are compatible with iPhone and Android. See your user manual for instructions.

Warranty
Do the products have a warranty?
Hearing aids carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage caused by you is not covered under the warranty. This means if you drop it, shower with it, break a receiver wire, the dog eats it etc. it will not be covered under warranty. Please email for warranty claims.
All other electronic devices carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects..

Returns
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Hearing aids- must be returned within 45 days. Email us to obtain a return authorization number. Returns received without a return authorization number will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping charges. You assume the risk of loss and damage to the returned product while in transit back to CCP.
Ear camera/sound machine must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping charges. You assume the risk of loss and damage to the returned product while in transit back to CCP.
Domes/ear drops- These items are not returnable once opened. Domes can be exchanged for a different style size if you ordered the wrong size or manufacturer.
